Trending @Accenture; Accenture-Shell project

I am working on Shell project and the complex thing is the project got shifted from T system where they had 11 resources but currently our Accenture team has only 4 resources and Manager said that Accenture leadership say no more resources you can hire and now what difficulty we will face and Manager said that at the end of the month everyone will know and IDK what he meant? So any idea on it guys? So any team lead or manager can say word on this
