Deloitte USI: Will have to relocate to Hyd (currently based out of Gurgaon). Designation offered: Consultant
Accenture Strat: Fixed salary 2LPA more than Deloitte USI. Location: Gurgaon (No relocation required) Designation offered: Analyst
I am an MBA from tier 1 college with almost 3 YOE.
Would definitely prefer some work life balance. Can anyone help in deciding which one to choose? Is Consultant at Deloitte a better designation than Analyst at Accenture? So confused.

USI and Strat both don't have a definition of "WLB". But if you are purely looking at position wise then go with Consultant at USI else if staying where you are currently is priority then stay at Acc Strat.
