Trending @Accenture; Accenture revised offer letter approval time?
Hi My joining date for Accenture was in jan but i got early release from my current org so I asked my recruiting manager to change my date of joining to dec and give some joining bonus as i will be early joiner she told me that it will be very hectic to get approval for joining bonus as your package is high already (3.5year exp 9.5fix they are offering).
It's been 1day I haven't received my revised offer letter , can anybody knows how many days it takes to get approval? And if joining bonus get rejected then what will be worst case scenario.
9.5 fix is not a high package for 3.5 yrs of exp.. I joined at same experience with 15.5 fix🥲
So in how many days does approval for revised offer letter take place and Does previous offer will be affected?? And date of joining will be changed or not??
It ahould be updated within a week or so.. mainly depends on how close is your new joining date
As per my experience, they are not very keen on giving joining bonus. Also recruiter takes time to approve anything. My location change request approval took 1 month. Slowest process
So due to asking for joining bonus ,Does previous offer will be affected?? And date of joining will be changed or not as i want to join in dec and earlier it was jan as i got early release
