Hi, currently working in tcs, thinking to move on accenture. Want to understand how is accenture? Work life balance? Stability? How is the management and also want to know how much percent of vatiable pay I can get which is mentioned in ctc. And lastly should I or any people can wark in this company for her entire remaining years.

Accenture gives aggressive targets to clients, if you can get the job done on or before time you will not be micromanaged, accenture does not have gratuity or health care deducted from your paycheck, and no monitoring software on laptop, just remember that each year they fire 9-10 of workforce by giving PIP, so make sure to remain visible in your work and have good rapport with your manager
