Accenture review?
How is Accenture in terms of work culture? Stability? Also how much variable pay I can expect an average which is mentioned in CTC? should I join?
Accenture work culture is great. Variable depends on multiple factors. But you never get 100%. On an average u would get 40-70%
Work culture is very good. Professionalism between employees is far better than any other organisation.
This is completely my personal experience when I have been in Accenture for 10+ years. Work culture is good but it depends from project to project. I used to work on weekends for almost a year and there was too much politics at senior management level. No work and personal life balance was there. They do provide good variable pay around 80%.
In all it totally depends on project.
