Accenture recruitment related query

Hi, I have given my technical interview on June 20th but haven't received any feedback yet so I have called the Accenture helpdesk one person told me you have cleared the technical round and the team will call you for further updates but when I called the 2nd time another person told me your profile is on hold for now . Can anyone clarify me on this please ?
