Accenture re-assesment scam

Hi Everyone,

I have 3+ years of experience and was looking to switch organizations. Recently, I cleared two rounds of interviews at Accenture and submitted all the required documents for verification. The team confirmed that my documents were verified, and I was informed that I would soon receive a call from HR regarding the offer letter.

However, after waiting for more than two weeks without any update, I emailed them to check on the status. On the same day, I received an email asking me to take a re-assessment. This has left me confused because I had already cleared the assessment and interviews earlier.

When I contacted the help desk for clarification, they responded quite rudely, saying it’s up to me whether I take the re-assessment or not. When I further asked whether this applies only to the assessment stage or also to the interviews I had cleared, they disconnected the call.

Has anyone else faced a similar situation with Accenture? Please suggest what should be my next step.
