You are only 1.5 years experienced, what can you bring to the company other than increasing your paycheck. You have not even sharpen your basics of the domain you are working in. Get yourself to the point where you can bring something to the table rather than increasing your salary. This is such a bad mindset of youngsters these days.
You guys are getting the opportunity to upgrade yourself from the initial period so you are speaking like this. We have to escape the L2 support project with a lot of workloads and it took 4 yrs to get the aspirated role. Though we have upgraded ourselves through learning they are asking for live handson. Then how can we support our families after losing our initial career days. Think from everyones aspect.
