Trending @Accenture; Accenture PIP exit – notice pay & experience letter doubt

Hi everyone,

I joined Accenture on 26 Feb 2025 and I am currently on PIP. I’ve been told that if I don’t clear it, 14 Feb 2026 will be my last working day and Accenture will pay me 3 months notice period salary and relieve me on Feb 14.

Can anyone answer this questions

1)In this case, what will be my official last working date in Accenture records – Feb 14 or after the 3 months notice period?

2)What date will appear on my experience letter and relieving letter?

3)What dates does Accenture give during background verification?

4)Can I join another company during the paid notice period?

Would really appreciate guidance from anyone who has experienced or handled this. Thanks in advance 🙏
