Accenture People, PLEASE READ, I need Advice!!
Joined 2021 as level 9 Front end Lead, moved to Scrum master internally last year. Salary did not increase from 2021 17 LPA. I have 8YOE in Front end, I want to move into product management for better salaries and scope. Am I doing right? What is the scope/risk/possibility?

Get back to coding. Too many product managers in the market

but coding is anyway getting replaced with AI, until you know ML and backend, with Front end how much you can go and increase salaries?!! @FancyChino64 @Humbled_engineer
Who says that AI can replace pure coding? AI produced coding breaks production, has no concern for securities and vulnerabilities, does not take into account edge cases and definitely cannot understand business requirements or large repos.
don't move to product management.... too much pressure and very less opportunities.... try getting into product companies in same role
Please don't get into PM. Saying this as a PM only. Improve your dev fundamentals otherwise look for other hard skill based roles. You would be more layoff proof. I am myself learning coding
