Accenture or Deloitte?

I have two offers, Deloitte for 14 LPA as fixed excluding insurance, 1 LPA as joining bonus and 10% variable with 90k relocation bonus, upto 3000rs internet and mobile bill reimbursement and 900rs fuel reimbursement, 20k every year under well being subsidy. Another from Accenture with 15.9 LPA as fixed excluding gratuity and insurance, 3.4 LPA as variable. No relocation bonus and no joining bonus, 1000rs per month for internet reimbursement. What do you think will be a better choice?

Deloitte (14 fixed + 1 bonus + 1.4 var)

Accenture (15.9 fixed + 3.4 var)

Both have very strict bench and PIP policies so not much difference but Deloitte will give some added advantage on resume

I was also thinking the same, that Deloitte will have an advantage over long term plus a Big4 tag. I’m not sure regarding the Accenture projects and growth.
