Accenture or cognizant
Hey everyone I would like to ask for a few suggestions on role shifting I'm a fresher so if you'd help out that'd be great
So the thing is that I graduated in computer science currently I am working as a analyst trainee at cognizant from June 10/25 i've recently finished my training and got an internal project as a developer on HR MODERNIZATION and here the package is 2.8L , besides I got an offer letter from Accenture on October 8/25 which offers 3.5L with cloud tech support associate role.
What do uh think about this should I stay in the cognizant or choose Accenture.
If you are learning enough in your current project stay there switching from 2.8 to 3.5 may not enough, but you if you thing you can learn more in cloud tech support role, switch to it without any thought.
