Accenture or Capgemini

YOE - 2 Capgemini offer - 8.5 lpa fixed + 1 lac joining bonus Accenture offer - 8.5 lpa fixed + 21% variable based on performance

What should I choose ? I’m hearing negative reviews regarding accenture not paying variable very well and they try to pay less as much as possible. Is this correct ?

Accenture is not good anymore. We have been no hikes no vp no promo for last three years. This year they started giving hikes that to 4-5% and promo hike just 13%

Hi, May I know from where did you get the opportunity? Since I also have a total of 2 yoe in software development in python. I have been focusing on service based companies and it's been hard to get opportunities.
