No increments, no bench policy anyone who is under redeployment should be tagged to a project within 45 of time else it would be a forceful exit from the organization, someone who is working in Service delivery should work for 12-13 hours unofficially without even getting paid for extra hours eventually leads to low work life balance, dirty politics, nonsense feedback system, if you complain about heavy work load or if you tender your resignation, you will be put under PIP, Salaries are way too low when compared to Technology or ATCI, the worst part is even the mgmt won't even give the Accenture bag to those who on boarded to AIOC, ML starts from CL 13 for AIOC where the technology people starts their career as a fresher from 🆑 12..
