I got OL from Accenture. But after this i HR not picking my call and did not give reply over mail.In offer letter after 90days my joining date.Should i give resignation to current infosys organisation?what you suggest. If i will late then 90 days also extend and i will not able to join on time to accenture.

If you have the offer letter , you can resign and keep following up with accenture HR's.

Worst case if nobody responds , you can withdraw your infy resignation before 90 days.

Wait for the offer to roll out only then apply resignation, you can extend your joining date
