Accenture Offer vs TCS Resignation: Need Advice on Next Steps

Hi everyone,

I recently received an offer from Accenture, but they assigned me Mumbai as the location, whereas I requested Hyderabad. I spoke to the HR team, and they’ve initiated the process to change the location.

Meanwhile, I found out that my current project at TCS is ending on December 31st, and they’ve decided to release me since I’m on my notice period.

I’m feeling uncertain about what to do. Should I take back my resignation, considering TCS might release me immediately? Also, Accenture has only offered a 35% hike, and I have no clarity on when I’ll receive the revised offer letter.
