Accenture - Offer rejected after background verification but haven't received any communication

Hi, I completed the tech interview in Accenture and after that document submission and background verification on 18th April. After that I haven't received any response. I checked on their career portal today and it mentioned no longer under consideration. Is the offer being revoked? Or is it normal? Could someone please help, I'm so stuck.
