Isn't L10 too junior for 9 YOE? I feel like I'm being low-balled because of my current low CTC.
My current is 9.75L. Is ACN trying to save budget by level-locking me? I feel 9 YOE should be L9 minimum.
HR has gone silent after I asked for L9. Any Thoughts?
Experience: 9 YOE (6+ relevant) Level Offered: L10 Fixed Pay: 11 LPA (Current is 9.75)
