Accenture offer

I am currently working in sap abap at Deloitte USi yoe- 2.5 as associate analyst. Current ctc - 4.12 + 10% variable.

Got offer from Accenture- Ctc 5.75 fixed Variable- 21%

I am up for promotion and it is guaranteed so from june in Deloitte it will 5.75 ctc
