Accenture offer

Hi guys, I got an offer for 11 LPA from Accenture. Techstack: Data engineer I have overall experience of 4 yrs and 2 years in data engineering and 2 years in networking but they released an offer with management level 10. Which seems like a senior role. Is it possible to decrease the management level. Kindly advice how to proceed.

Why wait for counter offers. Go for better CTC increase. Continue the interviews and try to get a better offer outside

I'm gonna stick with Accenture as of now. Had offers with multiple mid scale companies and tech mahindra but satisfied only with Accenture. The concern is they gave me senior analyst role where as I have only 2 yrs relevant experience in data engg.

Don’t be afraid as you have 3 months notice period go and revise the related tech stack like spark, cloud concepts even 4 years experienced is manageable

See 30 days is more than enough as you have already 2 years of experience don’t be afraid just focus on the process first
