Hi, I have 7 years of experience in Cloud and DevOps. My current CTC in TCS is 12,20,460/- including variable. The fixed in 9.8LPA. I have got an offer from Accenture which is of 13.5 LPA fixed and including variable it is 17.40 LPA. I feel that this very low considering my skills and experience as I have seen people earning minimum 20-30 LPA fixed at or below my years of experience. I don’t feel like accepting Accenture offer at such a low compensation. Please suggest.

Take the offer go to NP..
In NP you will get plenty more.. but you need to take the 1st step..

Yes , accenture always low balls you but, if you have a counter offer they will most likely match it . My suggestion, accept the offer and search for better offers
