I have observed that most of the rants/issues etc. is quite common and being faced by a major chunk of audience, is it because the company has hired a sheety leadership and they're pressuring everyone even if there's work or no work and the middle management people (managers/supervisors, basicallyL9 and above) are keeping silent on the cruelty. what is holding them from openly discussing this with their respective teams?
