Internals, is this true? The market seems pretty unstable in the service sector, the hiring freezes for freshers, and such a bad situation internally! What's the positive you see in this situation?

dropped papers. not getting paid enough to care about ACN/about the IT sector or think of positives/negatives
I don’t want to the reach the stage of “paralysis by analysis” just yet coz broader economic trends don’t seem to have a strong impact of job openings in my domain

Yes it’s true but it’s better this way than firing in bulk for cost cutting and hiring back blindly.
