Trending @Accenture; Accenture New Joine Confusion

Hi, I just joined Accenture last week. During the joining process, I was informed that I would need to go to Bangalore for onboarding but could work from Pune afterward. However, now that I’m in Bangalore, no one is providing clarity about my work location.

I reached out to an HR representative, and she told me that the location cannot be changed for 24 months. Later, I found out that she isn’t even my assigned HR!

Overall, I’m feeling really confused. Can anyone please help?

TLDR: Told I could work from Pune after onboarding in Bangalore. now being told I’m stuck in Bangalore for 24 months. Need clarity!
