Trending @Accenture; Accenture needs to come out of the delusion that it is an NGO and we are social workers
Julie Sweet did what women do best. Fck up an organisation which was flourishing. Her leadership skills should be taught as a case study in management schools.

100% agree with you. She has ruined the accenture culture and too much feminism in accenture. They are forcing to have 50-50 ratio. One of my talented male colleagues was on bench for only 45 days and forced to resigned but other female colleagues are on bench for 6 months and still in accenture. Same goes for team building, futile female colleagues are part of team and they are depend on male colleagues to their work done.

I completely agree- in my project, there are more women than men. But the reality is, it's mostly us men who do the hard work and sweat it out. Still, when it comes to recognition or salary hikes, they're the ones standing in the front line. I honestly don't get the logic.
Let me give you one simple example: there's a girl who has been on maternity leave for over 9 months, practically the entire last financial year. Yesterday, during the appraisal, both the guys who worked their asses off and she got the same hike and vp.
So what's the point of working so hard if we never get what we truly deserve?

If one woman is incompetent, why generalize and label all women the same way? If Sweet is ruining the company, it's fair to hold her accountable—but that doesn't mean the entire female population is at fault.
And regarding the perception that all women receive favoritism: I’m a woman myself and a critical contributor to my project. I’ve received numerous awards and appreciation emails for my work, yet I haven’t been promoted, even though I’m more than qualified. One of my male colleagues received a promotion despite putting in minimal effort. But does that mean I should generalize and say all men are being favored? That wouldn’t be fair or accurate.
With the current outcome, many employees—both men and women—are feeling disappointed. I truly understand how it feels to not receive what you’ve earned, despite putting in consistent hard work. So let's try making ourselves a priority and try for something better.

Also agree it feels like we are working with NGO

Exactly. They see one woman failing at the top and start generalizing it for the whole gender.
Yet when we say women are scared of men because of 100s of cases of rape and threats on a daily basis, they will say not all men 😐 the hypocrisy that men have!
It’s so easy to say a woman failed at the top position. But if it was a man, they would have said the top leader failed. Not that a man failed. It seems misogyny is the birthright of men

Very true, 100% agreed and 4-5 years back accenture was a pay master and have been known to be a company that pays very competitive salary. Now its just peanuts
Did everyone get just 5% ?
