I have lost my parents and my inspiration my uncle in last 6 months. My wife is in hospital now battling with life. I have got. New puppy who I have to take care . Yet Accenture please tell your availability for the next sprint. Wow. They don't even know I can kill myself tomorrow. Call me and ask me that how I am dealing with it. Aisa heartless hota hona Hain kya.
As the famous saying goes -
"If you would die tomorrow, your boss will replace you by Monday".
They don't care what you are dealing with, all they care about is the work we deliver. This is a very cruel thing which many don't care to look about. not just Accenture, all the companies out there. They just want to celebrate some stupid Pride Month.
Be Strong, wishing you strength and comfort in the days ahead.
I can hardly imagine what you must be going through. No words can provide comfort for the loss of your parents and Uncle. Wishing your wife good health and speedy recovery.
You may want to make use of the EAP service to talk to counselors. I have been battling depression for the last few years after my Mom's sudden death and found the counselling session quite helpful.
Be strong bro. Your wife will recover soon.
