I have been asking for project manager for almost 6 months now. Everyone I speak is pointing to someone to speak to. I'm just frustrated by it.. I was tagged to Integration project , when I've been working as developer for past 5.5 years. I was happy to join accenture, but all I want now is quit and live in peace. I couldn't drop papers now since I don't have any offers in hand. I begun to hate accenture and my whole team.
Honestly speaking yha koi ni sunta Managers and Senior Managers to aise attitude dikhate hai jaise bc inse upar koi hai nhi… but unka fault nhi hai they don’t have vision they are just surviving here on politics better search for offer outside and switch accenture deserves talent to move out and organisation burns down to Ground

Facing same issue ..I am QA but they have put me in production support to fix the issue 😕..before joining project hired me as QA but after that I came to know I need to be in different role
Yess, same here .. they told it's a development project.. They didn't tell me it's an Integration project
I'm considering switching to a smaller organization. Although the people in the project have been here a long time, I'm not receiving much support. I'll look for the right opportunity and then move on.
Even I faced the same issue and I have put my papers without offer. I am serving my notice period now with 45days left and have got 2offer till now.
You can try the same, the market seems good for the experienced people whose lwd is within 45days.

Yes, trying to do it.. There are so less opportunities are there outside currently, so it's so frustrating
