How do we acquire higher level??

It's by default, no supervisor involvement needed. However if ur sublevel is 1, your supervisor has to nominate for promotion

I'm at career level 11 now. I'm not seeing the sublevel for me in rewards portal. Is it for level 10 and above only??

No problem. You have to go to rewards.accenture.com, however if you are a new joiner you might see only after u cross one sub level or post 1 year or if any level moment happens to you. So don't panic if it doesn't display

So which is higher level ? 10.1 or 10.3?

It's reverse from 10.3 to 10.2 and then 10.1 (eligible for promotion) same across all the roles till level 9

In how much time do they promote to TL if they have these sublevel at CL 10 ITSELF

If ur sublevel is 10.1 then from 3 months you are eligible, but all depends on your supervisor. If he/she thinks u can be promoted then u will. Ofcourse at times it depends on market and financial aspects as well.
