Does Anybody got hike at level 10.1 ?
The reason my people lead is saying that HR has made some last minute changes in deciding the base pay criteria.
As per criteria if anyone is at the same level i.e. at 10.1 level from September 2022 they will not get any base pay hike. And they are expected to again revisit this criteria in June for such people at that time we can expect some hike.
I did not get any hike last year and this year due to this silly criteria which even people lead was also not aware. I came to know this when lead released this week.
Is anyone in the same boat and their lead has given this reason or any other reason. Please share your experiences.
