I got 9.3% hike (seems like market correction as l'm underpaid) and 9% VP being the only top performer, Did a-lot of things like achieving P4 in primary skills, created reusable assets, helped client from 1M USD revenue loss. What not all I have done, yet they are saying this is all what we can do. I have MAL 36. Feeling sad on this part as I’m looking for promotion.
