How much joining bonus does Accenture provide? What is it based on? Role, location?

Better to ask them as a part of your CTC and not take as Bonus amount.

So right now I have the offer, they suggested if I could join early then they'll give bonus. I wanted to understand how much that would be as they are not negotiating on the ofctc but.

Based upon the role, I joined in 2021 and got around 2.4 lakh joining bonus.

May I know what was the approx percentage from fixed CTC?

I really forgot that. It was approx 10% or something. My calculations were a lot different.

I never got a variable pay from them,they just gave me a good performance certificate and called it a day. I left the company after working for 2 years.(One of the worst cultures) Sorry to say this, almost 90% of people I met there had no drive to accomplish anything in life.Just work for money that's it.)
