Accenture joining

I received my offer on 22nd oct and accepted it the next day. Proposed joining date is 2nd dec (as per cover letter ). All workday tasks are complete. Around 25 days left to join, and there is stark silence from Hr side, is this normal or do they normally reach out for further process. Just trying to understand ?
