Trending @Accenture; Accenture is making full of us
You must have read Accenture is shifting its promotion and hike cycle to June from December.
We had connect with higher leadership. All their answers were vague and not clear. I’ll tell you examples of what they said:
- It’s only for MD and above level. But it WONT have major effect on everyone. (They should have said there is no impact on people below MD clearly)
- You will definitely get the bonus, hike and promotions, but numbers might be less in terms of hike and promotions.(why numbers are low, upon asking we get all the buzzwords like economy, market, etc etc)
- Shifting cycle to June to have good view on market for future projections(like no one ever thought about this before)
You can see no clear and straightforward answers. Everything is in grey area.

Honestly the IT market isn’t that great both for switching and also for companies. Not that there aren’t jobs out but they are very few, landing something outside in this environment will be a slow process, so keep trying but better is to lie low and be happy with the job in hand for now till this storm passes away.

Accenture's situation seems unclear and frustrating. Leadership's vague responses and minimal hikes are causing dissatisfaction. Employees are considering job switches due to lack of transparency.
Thanks for the information

My question lies where is it getting the funding to hire freshers?
