Oh my gawd! Accenture! They used to claim they have the best job security in the world. Also they used to pay very less compared to market. How could they do this? They have never done such a thing! 😂
They never provided job security. Accenture has frequent layoffs and also it's common there.
Indian IT industry is at toss now. All Indian IT giant is going to reshape their infrastructure basis on revenue earners to replenish their IT system. A hell lot of IT employees now on the verge of either taking action to equip with upcoming technology or see other ways to earn bread and butter. A new era in technology is going to be born with coming 5 years down the line.
After tariff spree,I think it's because of more stringent norms for H1B visa to US which made many tech companies including the local ones more worried than before..
