Trending @Accenture; Accenture is doing this illegally right?
Let's say I have accumulated 16 hours of earned leave.
Since we need to work 8 hours a day, this should equate to 2 days of holiday, right? However, according to Accenture, they count one day as 9 hours. Is this ethical? Shouldn't they count 8 hours?
The working hours are 9 hours (8 hours of work + 1 hour break).

You are paid for all the 9 hours as the official working hours is 9. Hence when you take leave, 9 hours is calculated.

Username checks out

We work 10 to 11 hours and fill 9 hours ... So we are unlucky too

It is 8 hours if your job family group is consulting

You are lucky guy. we are working for 9.5 hour and in myTE we are updating as 9 hours. Unlucky us

It ain't illegal.. unfortunately u signed for this in your joining letter... Therefore it's well within their clause.

Its 9 hours work 1 hour break in Accenture. We fill 9 hours in timesheets

I put 9 hrs on myTee and most of the engineers i know do the same
