what i hate about Accenture is the fact that nobody seems to care about your profile, its just like as if u r replaceable so they dont value much.

100% agree. Somehow I am just surviving here. I love the work I do, but holyyy shit I am overworked. Tried to get base location changed due to personal health issues, nope. Tried to get my People Lead change multiple times, nope!!! Only 10.02 days if leaves in my balance currently, got to go a whole year still. Overworked as hell!!! Although I do love the work I do. So yeah, just work how much you need to here, and then leave, this company is only gonna get worse
People feel that acn, has good projects but the bitter fact is that like every other famous mnc acn also has majority of support projects only
