Accenture interview status update

Hi friends,

I have recently applied at Accenture

First round: the interviewer said, I should apply for a lower experience profile

Second round: it was very very good and she even mentioned that I need to upload my documents

After that my scheduler ghosted me..... She is not answering my calls.

The status on the recruitment site says, contact the recruiter.

As the scheduler is not answering, I dailed the help line. I was asked to wait for some more time.

It's been almost 3 weeks.

Can someone tell if this is an usual procedure at Accenture?????
