With 2.7 years of experience, would I get a call from Accenture, considering they have mentioned a minimum requirement of 3 years of experience?

Direct apply won't work. You need to get referred by a Accenture employee.

The thing is I have already applied for a job so If somebody referred me it is showing 'we already have this candidates information in our system...even if I withdraw my application from the portal it is still showing this same message..
