Accenture interview

I applied for the Platform Architect position at Accenture, and my resume matches 75-80% of the qualifications for that role. However, the application status changed to “inactive” and “not under consideration,” and it was automatically switched to a Data Engineer role. This is quite confusing, especially since my resume only matches 40-50% of the qualifications for the Data Engineer position. I haven’t received any response yet from the HR 😅

Accenture recently shifted the career portal to workday. What I have observed is , though I refer a candidate for a specific Job Id, still, it gets considered for other job roles also.

So maybe , the resume was shortlisted for Data Eng role by some other person. Who knows how it works..🙂
