Accenture has come to Nirma University (Gujarat) for Campus hiring for the following roles. Need guidance on the no. of rounds and what happens in those rounds of interviews and assessment. Will there be any sort of Assessment?
- Advanced Application Engineer
- Advanced Associate Software Engineer
- Associate Software Engineer
1st round - technical and cognitive (tech and quant english bases) This is mandatory to pass to get shortlisted for next round. 2nd round- coding - if you pass first then after that immediately this will start. (Here you will have 2-3 coding ques) this will decide package (4.5/6.5) 3rd round- communication round- you need a good mic headphone it is automated ai based test when you need to read some things and give ans in voice. Not related to any tech just casual things to check your english.
4th round- interview
Done. This is the process they used to follow for us when i joined in 2023. Last year also it was same dont know if they have changed now.
