Accenture HR / Salary negotiations round
Hi everyone,
I have an upcoming HR round with Accenture for a Salesforce Developer role, which will likely include a salary discussion. My current salary at TCS is around 7.8 LPA (~8 LPA).
What CTC should I aim for, and how should I structure the fixed and variable components? Any tips on how to effectively negotiate the offer?
FYI : YOE : 2.5

Accenture variable is a joke. I have been there for 9 years. I had variable component of 27% but they would usually give 12-18% max. So make sure you get your fixed component better and use that to compare other offers.
