Any idea about hikes? Anyone from manager level or HR’s or whoever, who got information from leadership level regarding the hikes, can you please provide any updates on it ? Like how much percentage we can expect?

Hikes are usually announced towards the end of the year. Expect around 8-12% but it can vary based on performance and role.
