Accenture hike and promotions announcement
Recently accenture has announced hike for the year and also promotion cycle with lot of people expected to get elevated.. What do you think tcs will follow the same due to peer pressure?

Bhaiiii.. this is not some teenage who will give into "peer" pressure.. This is business..
Accenture also did mass layoff last year on the pretext of "invalid documentation".. do you want that as well?
If we think we can get hike within next 3-4 months then we are dilutional.. If anything market right now is far more volatile than it was in Jan 2025.
Atleast during Covid.. We had positive indication of effectiveness of medicines hence we got in October.. Now things are going haywire every week..
