Accenture hike

This year they have rolled out a communication stating that there will be no hike till June 2024.

Promotions and all will be done on exceptional basis.

No hikes anytime soon

Heard from an acquaintance who was in Accenture that they didn’t give hike for the last 2 years and promotions were also put on hold.
So, I don’t think you can expect hike anytime soon.
