Accenture giving less fixed salary... More variable
Hey Accenture people I need your valuable insights, i received an offer letter today the offer letter is for level 9 team lead , they offered me 21.80 as fixed and 0-27% variable , I asked for 25 fix atleast. There are few things I need to clarify first the hr said at this level this is the max fixed they can give is this true , if anyone at level 9 have more fixed than this please let me know. I have 6 yoe with full-stack in the mern,l. Second is how much variable does Accenture usually gives. @accentureguys please comment as I have two days to accept offer letter

For CL 9, I think the payout of bonus is once a year pan Accenture. If we break it up into half years, they'll be paying somewhere close to single digit bonus for the first half ~7-10% citing 'time spent on training you'. For the second half, you can expect around ~14-17% max. If I were you, I would be considering my package atmost 24.5 lpa.

In hand salary for 5.25 lpa in accenture?

Guys, If i accept 21.8 fixed + 27% variable = 27LPA, will I be considering same 27CTC for the next job or only fixed 21.8CTC?

How is the working mode now 2 days/week or full week?

Same for me also did you got any revised offer with increment in fixed CTC ?

Don't fall in trap of variable instead put counter offer or ask them to give joining bonus and take as much as fixed you can
