Accenture gives asked ctc + up to 21% variable pay?

My package in previous organisation was - 23 LPA (20.5 fixed + 2.5 Variable)

I asked for 32 from Accenture.
So, they gave me 25 fixed + 7 lakh as variable in offer letter. And we all know they don't give even 50% of the variable mentioned in offer letter

Why would I switch for just 4 lakh extra (fixed)?

At the end, I joined another organisation who gave me 31 fixed itself.

Don't fall for this 21-27% variable part from Accenture.

Always negotiate for higher fixed component or join a better place cause Accenture nowadays don't give good yearly hikes too. So many have received no hikes in last 2 years.
