Accenture Ghosted me

I cleared the HR round and received a mail saying welcome to Accenture and further discussions will be conducted for onboarding.But there was a document verification process and after submission,no further updates were provided.When I checked my application status on the career page it showed I was no longer under consideration.I contacted and the reason was I did not provide pay slip.While submission I had informed I had no pay slips provided in my previous company where I did my internship and the amount was directly sent to my bank account.I later submitted the bank statements but then too there was no reply.
