6moTrending @Accenture; Accenture FY25 Moderation List Mystery – Reward or Zero?
🚨 Got to know that my name is on the FY25 moderation list for performance & promotion.
Not sure what it really means 🤔 — does it guarantee anything (promotion / good rating) or can it still end up being zero?
Anyone here with experience in Accenture moderation cycle who can shed some light?

Doesn't Guarantee , it will depend a lot more than just Performance , MAL , Proficiency in Mycompetency , Timely completions of Training etc.
On top of that there should be open positions that will be open.
But there are position open for TP . Almost Equal number of PIP cases.

MAL is 24 Proficiency in primary and secondary p3+ And 2 month completed add on course with p2 What's Tp ?
