If you are on bench or you are filling idle time in myte, this can further reduce your variable pay %age

In starting of the project they haven't given the charge codes asked to apply unassigned time by the project lead that's why it is little less, and later they haven't given the charge codes for those days

Even after working day and night , they neither give you a hike nor promotion . Firstly certification will come then other certifications then attendance in extra curricular activities even if you have completed sprint without any spillage.
And if you ask for an even hike then they will be in any argument or asked to justify your statement.
