Accenture Folks :

Hello, I am planning on switching to Accenture from TCS. Could anyone already from Accenture lay out the pros and cons of working there as compared to TCS? Really need it to weigh my decision.

Also, does Accenture mandate everyone to come to office too?

Yes, but please do research before hopping to Accenture, people are underpaid, no promotion, lot of restrictions, and above all... We work more than 12-15 hours everyday and no compensation for overtime... To be honest, it's not even been recorded at all. So work 3-5 hours for free. Work pressure is based on the project and your manager

Should I switch to accenture?

Hi everyone,

I received an offer from Accenture today with the following breakdown:

• Fixed: 9.4 LPA • Variable: 1.97 LPA (21%) • Total CTC: 11.3 LPA • Level: 10

Currently, I’m working at TCS with a CTC of 7.9 LPA (1 LPA variable)...

TCS vs Accenture

Hi everyone, I wanted to know which company is better, TCS or Accenture? I know both are top companies in the IT sector, but where I can get more salary? How is the work culture in these companies? Thanks in advance.
